Good Morning - our day started out at 4:00am. T minus 4 hours until we meet Jillian Grace. The c-section was scheduled for 7:30 am and we had to be at L&D at 5:30am. For those of you that don't know, I had a section because I have a cervix that will never dilate. Since I had a c-section with Drew, Dr. Lacey wouldn't let me go over my due date and my only hope of having a vaginal birth was to go into labor on my own. Obviously that didn't happen, but I wasn't upset, because either way I was going to meet my daughter. Some people can't have a baby, so who am I to complain about another c-section.
I am lucky that all of you are my friends because that is not the prettiest profile I have ever seen, but it shows the amazing things a body can do.
Drew and Mommy right before the big moment. He has no idead what is coming. I am so thankful to my mom for bringing him back and forth to the hospital to see me. I really can't go a day without him. He is the most adorable little man I have ever seen.
