Thursday Morning Outside Fun

Thursday morning we tried to beat the heat by going out at 9:30. The plan didn't really work we were all hot and sweating and headed in at 10:00. I do think they enjoyed the bike riding and chalking while it lasted. Below is Jilli attempting to ride the little bike. I set her on it and she pushes it until it comes out from under her and then walks behind it across the driveway. Notice the funnies in the picture: Drew is safely walking his duck and poor Jilli shoes are way to small. The size three sandals that were a little big at the beginning of spring are beyond a little small at the end of summer. Cooler days are near soon, so not many more sandal days left for my growing girl.Jilli definitely enjoyed herself chalking the driveway.

Drew was walking his duck from Tiblow days, I just thought you should hear how cute it is when he says Tiblow. That kid is still talking about Tiblow days and the pirate ship as of yesterday evening.
