Pool Number 3

We had big plans for the Zoo in Springfield with lots of our friends on Sunday, but that didn't happen. Everyone was sick and it was kind of a nasty day - 55 degrees, cloudy and drizzling. So we went to eat a late lunch/early dinner and then went to find a hotel for the night. An indoor pool was the most important requirement. Drew has been talking about going to pool number 3 for weeks. I am not sure where pool 1 and 2 are, but he was specific it had to be pool number 3, and luckily we found it at our hotel. Below Drew is helping me blow up the floaties.
Bean in her bikini and Drew with his gator - we were ready for a swim.

Daddy and the bikini baby.

Running down the hall.

Drew is looking for the pool.

We found it. Jillian liked the water. She didn't even get too upset when dad dunked her.

Drew was a little cautious at first and would take it one step at a time. Once he realized that he was safe, he loosen up. A big step from our last pool experience at Uncle Brett's house.

Drew said he wanted to jump in. He couldn't find the courage to do it himself so daddy and him jumped together.

They even went all the way under and Drew liked it.

What a brave boy. I told Andy I had a crush on the pool boy :)

At this point I am walking around with Jillian bundled up in towels and just taking pictures of the boys. She liked the water, but after awhile she was getting cold and her lips were quivering.
I was very impressed with Drew. Twice he asked to get out of the pool because he had to use the restroom. Yeah for my big boy.
Jillian and I headed back to the room and left Andy and Drew at the pool zooming in Jillian's panda bear floatie.
Jillian was cold so I made her snug in the bed.
When the boys got back Drew wanted to warm up and snuggle buggle too.All four of us slept in that bed that night. Jilli's first night in a big bed. She did pretty good, we had the pack-n-play in the truck as a back up, but she didn't need it. Around 2:00 am she fell off the foot of the bed, but went right back to sleep after I gave her a binky and her blanket. I am not sure how she made her way all the way down there with out me noticing, but she did.
