Garden

Saturday after Andy mowed the lawn we all went outside to start our garden. I ran inside to get the camera and just caught shots of all three bringing the dirt around.

So eventually Papa is going to bring us a whole load of dirt for our garden, but for now one tub full will do. We have to find a day when the dirt at his house is dry enough, it isn't raining at our house and that other things aren't planned. Papa is bringing us some good farming dirt to help build up the garden. Our yard has a slight incline on that side.

After breaking up the dirt and spreading it out, we planted onions and some lettuce. Now whether it is going to come up is questionable. In the 48 hours following our planting we got about 3 inches of rain.
Hopefully next week we will get the rest of it planted.
