Friday Night Camping Almost

So I decided that Friday night Drew and I would camp in the living room and watch the movie Casper. Last time we slept on the floor with just blankets and pillows. This made us very aware that the is absolutely no padding under our carpet. So this time I brought in the mattress off of our bed. When I told Andy my plan I think he should of warned me about how heavy the thing was. So after struggling to get the mattress into the living room the kids had a blast jumping and playing on it. Jillian loved the fact that she didn't have to struggle to get on the couch, it was a breeze.

Mid jump/ fall.

So after sister wore herself out, I put her in pajamas and she gave no protest to going to bed. Drew and I got in our jams too and popped some pop corn. We put in our "ghosty movie" as little man calls it. I just knew that he wouldn't make it through the movie, which was fine by me, I was more than ready for sleep. Well guess what, he made it through the whole movie and then the Great Pumpkin and then we stayed up until dad got home at 10:00. Finally the three of us settled in the living room and Drew said that he wants to go to him room and sleep in his bed. So Andy and I ended up camping in the living room. The next day I asked why he didn't want to camp with the rents, he said that it was dark and scary. He has been sleeping with lamp on lately, having bad dreams and being scared. Poor guy.
