Bonner Springs Fireworks

Okay so I finally found our fireworks pictures. Bonner Springs has their fireworks display on Saturday June 28th. It seemed a little silly to me, but I guess then do them the Sat before the Fourth. Here is a picture of our crew which included Andy, me and the kids, Shannon, Brett, Emily and Owen, neighbors that live across from the Longs - Kara(?), Todd and Taylor. We had one extra and very annoying member - Allison. A probably 10 year old girl that came over from another group that would help herself to our kids toy (out of their hands), our food and our coolers. Finally we had to tell her to go back to her "family" Then she would return and we would ask her to leave again. That probably happened 4 times. Very annoying, but very sad too. She even made it into this first pic. The very right of the picture above Brett's back is Allison and Drew, I am sure she is taking something from him. Drew with Owen's bug vacuum. In the background are Todd and Taylor. The kids had tons of fun running around and playing with each other.
Jilli Bean with chocolate cupcake on her face. We had cupcakes, watermelon, Liberty gold fish, grapes, tootsie pops and of course beverages. Drew was very excited about his juice box. He doesn't get them very often so he gets pretty excited about them.

Drew would say "ooooh aaaaah", "that's a pretty one" and " that one is my favorite." Jillian watched the fireworks from daddy's arms and would point up at them. We had a good time, even with annoying Allison.
