Bryce, Tammy, Andy and I went to the baseball game when the Cardinals came to KC. This the first time that Andy and I have ever been to a Royals game. From the moment we started walking to the stadium I couldn't stop smiling, it isn't very often the Roberts parents get to enjoys some adult fun. And we got to go with two of the funnest people I know, Bryce and Tammy. Unfortunately for Andy, Bryce and I, and fortunately for Tammy, the Cards lost. That didn't stop me from having a great time, plus they won the other two games that weekend.
We enjoyed some beer and food at ballpark and Bryce enjoyed him one spicy dog.
We had great seats. We were just 6 rows from the field. So our seats were in row G and I got to thinking, G is the seventh letter. I looked at the rows and turned to Andy and said " there is no A row." Funny guy replied " it is pronounced arrow and they know where they are going" referring to the players running the bases. I thought it was pretty funny, but I was also a couple beers deep.
