Jilli Bean

Jilli and I were having some girl time in her room before I went to bed. Sometimes I feel she is getting the short stick. Drew at this age got all of our attention to himself, she rarely gets just Jilli time. She obviously doesn't mind, because she doesn't know any better and she loves being with her big brother. Is she getting to be a big girl? The two following pictures she looks just like a baby Andy.
Go Cards!

So I am trying to show off her skillz, but she is more interested in playing. She claps, waves bye bye and will imitate you if you hold up your finger and ask her how old she is going to be. She has also mastered the skill of runaway. Today Drew was playing with a little fan and it dropped and she comes walking down the hall with the batteries from the fan. I saw her and said "Jillian no no" and started towards her and that little monkey turned and actually ran from me and did not give up the batteries with out a fight and cry. She has a good grip for a not yet one year old.

The second attempt at showing that she is going to be one. Then it abruptly ends when Drew, who just finished his lunch and clean up from dad, comes running down the hall to find Jilli and mommy and hurt himself. If you listen carefully you can hear him cry and he doesn't cry very often when he is hurt, so you know he is when he does cry. I will try again the next time Jillian and I are alone.
