Friday night we went to Overland Park to visit Bryce, Tammy and Baby Claire. It has seemed like forever since we have seen Claire. We stayed away for good while because of all of our crazy sickness, nobody wanted what we had. Finally we found an evening we all had free and they invited us over for dinner.
Funny faces. Claire has the big eyes, it seems like Drew had that look for the first 6 months of his life. It if funny how much she looks like Bryce in pictures, but in real life I can defiantly see some of her mama in her.
If Drew's foot size is any indicator of his potential height - he might turn out to be a big boy. Claire is trying to figure out how he got his legs in the air.
Drew loves his baby Claire. The kids took baths before we came over and lately Drew and been protesting the actually washing part of the bath. He started whining when I was pouring water on his head to rinse and I would say "don't you want to see baby Claire, we have to be clean to see her." That would stop the complaining instantly.
The girls. So my mom has had lots of baby Claire time and she would call me and tell me all the cute things that she was doing. I was so jealous. So finally I got to hear the talking for myself and see her smiling when her daddy would say - you so crazy. So cute!
Besides Claire's cuteness, the next thing I noticed in these videos was how annoying my voice was when I was talking to her. Sorry Claire, I will tone it down a bit next time.
Warning... Warning.... the following video may cause vertigo, you might want to sit down.
It was a great visit. I think my wild kids may have messed up her eat, play, nap rhythm - sorry guys. Thanks for dinner, it was super yummy. On the way home Drew conked out before we got out of their subdivision. He was up at 5:30 that morning, had no nap, went swimming and was up past his normal bed time. Poor guy was spent.
