T-Bones Game

Friday night Andy, Drew and I went to a T-Bones game. That is KC's minor league team and the ballpark is right by legends, just 15 minutes from the house. I got Drew a T-bones shirt and a tattoo for his cheek.
I told Drew to turn his head a little so I could get a good shot if his tattoo. This kid may have a modeling career in his future.
Before the games sky divers landed on the field and I got the cutest video of Drew's reaction.

The first of many protest of pictures. I think my kids must get tired of me shoving the camera in their faces every waking moment (and some sleeping too.)

Before we even got to our seats Drew spotting the snow cones.
Dollar hot dogs - we couldn't resist. Drew was eating his from the top and first, getting ketchup all over his face.

The I told him the correct way to eat a hot dog in a bun. He always eats his cut up on his plate at home.
Drew getting a hug from Sizzle the T-Bones' mascot.
Peek a boo!
After the 3rd inning we headed to to playground area. Drew climbing up the wall.
Our friends the Longs were in the same section as us, just a few rows up. Here are Owen and Drew waiting in line for the bounce house.

Silly man
I think the bounce house was the highlight of the evening for Drew.

Another picture protest and before enjoying more ballpark cuisine. This time it was dip-n-dots in a souvenir hat.

Getting every last bit of that ice cream.
Enjoying the dad top view.
I can't believe I didn't take a picture of Drew with his ball. It is kind of a funny story. There were some drunk 20 somethings heckling the opposing team's first baseman. And it went on and on and on, just a lot of loud drunkenness. Then finally someone behind us had had enough and yelled at them to shut up. I piped in and seconded the shut up. They said they were just cheering for their team and I pointed out heckling was not cheering. It ended, they quieted down and then they caught a fly ball that they gave it to Drew. I was yelling at them and then they were nice to my kid. I felt a little bad, but not that bad - they were really annoying. So long story short, Drew came home with a baseball. We had a great time and would love to go back. It is a really cool stadium, I would definitely recommend it.
