Saturday night was Bonner Springs fireworks display. It is always the Saturday before the 4th, but I think that if the 4th is on a Saturday they should do it then. I guess my opinion means little unless I want to run for city government, which I don't. So even though sis was feeling better we decided it was best to keep her home. The boys headed out to meet our friends for the show.

Little Miss Emily. Drew's best buddy Owen was not there. He stayed with his grandparents because he HATES fireworks. Last year he stayed in the truck and cried while he held his ears. Poor guy. 
Ready for the show. It was sprinkling a little bit so Andy put Drew's poncho on him.
Drew loved the fireworks. He can't stop talking about the grand finale. Of course he had tons of fun running around with his friends.
I was so sad sitting at home by myself. Jillian was already in bed. Andy was sending me lots of picture updates, but I wished we could have gone. I love the big fireworks. Oh well, there is always next year for the Roberts girls.
