Tractor Dayz and a Corn Cob

Saturday the 11th while I was working Andy took the kids to Tractor Dayz at the Agriculture Hall of Fame. It is less than 10 minutes from our house. The Longs gave him a call and they all went to check it out together. Riding on the covered hay wagon. I just need to say that I am not responsible for Jillian's outfit and shoes. yikes!
Tractors
Drew was in a tractor pull.
Reminds me of the Saint Charles County Fair days of ole.
There was an old fashion one room school house. Andy got in trouble from the teacher.
Jillian was completely enthralled with the man whittling. I love this picture, how her elbows are out and she is resting her chin on her hands.

On her tip toes. Now he has Drew and Emily's attention too.
Blacksmith
Riding on the train. Of course Drew told me this was his favorite part of Tractor Dayz.
Time for some refreshments. It was a hot muggy morning.
Hello Horsey.
Drew playing the cow pie toss, eewwweee.
Milking the cow.
Earning their keep on the farm.
I think the kids has a good time and I know Andy liked getting out of the house with them. Having the extra help from the Longs was a plus too.
Later that night after I got home, Andy had some friends over to watch the UFC fights. About 1130 I called to Andy from down the hall, he thought they had woke me up. It was actually Lucy throwing up that woke me up and I was calling for him to put her out. So Lucy vomited for the next 4 days, usually just once a day and their wasn't much to it. She acted fine, I could figure out what was causing the vomiting until the 4th day when she threw up a whole corn cob. Actually it was half of one, I am assuming Jillian dropped her half of cob when she was done with it at dinner on Thursday. The cob was not chewed up at all and had been in Lucy's stomach almost 6 days. It is kind of scary (she could have got really sick if it had made it's way into her small intestine) and amusing at the same time because Lucy is that simple.. Lucy is such a ding dong.
