Happy 4th of July

The evening of the fourth we headed a couple blocks over to our friends the Wilson's house. Drew is in the middle, watching the bigger kids shoot some off. He is standing next to his friend Brant.
Steve Wilson, Brant Wilson and Drew watching the show.
I said that I wasn't going to record a video vertical again, but I forgot. This is a cute one, worth turning your head for.

All the kids went running after the parachutes and Drew found one.
In the garage the was a table with tons of food and my kids thought it was the greatest that they could help themselves and help themselves they did. Jillian with cookie number one.
You have to click on this one to make it bigger so you can see her trying to lick the icing off of her lip. So funny.
Happy girl on a sugar high.
Cookie number two and I think their was a 3rd later in the night. Drew had at least two also.
Jillian helping herself to the chips from the table.
I was trying to take a picture of Andy and Jillian together, but she wanted down.
Can you believe the picture below is just last year on the 4th? Totally blows my mind how much she has changed in a year.
Upside down eating a chip. Jilli like the fireworks and was bothered little by the loudness.
Drew with festive spikey hair, by request. All the kids had glow bracelets and necklaces.
Jillian and Tayna Wilson roasting marshmallows.
Everyone roasting marshmallows for smores.
Shocker, Drew loved the smore.
Drew had tons of fun that night. One small break down, because I told him that he couldn't light any fireworks. What a horrible mother I am, so mean to the kid. He liked the fireworks, but he spent a lot of time inside with Brant playing with all of his cool toys.
Jillian taking the graham cracker off the top, she didn't quite grasp the concept.
Jillian laid down on the the picnic table seat and said "night night." I honestly don't think she was tired, because she was running around like a wild child. That may have been the sugar working too. We did get home pretty late. Between 11:00 - 11:30 and the kids crashed when we put them in bed.
So much fun, as usual. Thanks to the Wilsons for hosting.
